The Basic Knowledge Assessment (BKA) consists of 100
assessment questions regarding project management. The
assessment is administered via the Internet. Immediately
after you complete the BKA, you will receive your
results.
The system requirements to take the BKA
are:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or
better or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or better
- A 233 MHz personal computer with 32
meg RAM, and a 28.8 (or better) modem
The fee for the BKA is $35, payable by credit
card.
When you take the Basic Knowledge Assessment, you
will be presented with:
- A preliminary background survey from
the Project Management Institute
- The 100 assessment questions of the
BKA
- A Review page that displays all of the
questions and your responses to them.
- An exit survey from Assessment
Systems, Inc.
- Your Results page - a report of the
number of questions you answered correctly
